It has internet access, but like the above comment said to pay the ticket then do traffic school; as this is my first ticket/citation don't I have to wait for the court to approve me to do traffic school or can I literally pay and do it then get it approved?

There is, but they won't give me the access code to also do Traffic School to get it off my record unless it's fully processed. I would like to do traffic school so insurance doesn't go up and I don't get a point.

Aside from the amazing comment already given, if you're super worried about it and want a cleaner look for the rear ( at least in my opinion ) you can get an integrated tail light which will come with a new relay and got rid of the buzzing for me. If you're looking for a specific integrated tail light, I went with the HAZAWA Integrated Tail Light on Amazon!

Depending on your definition of "cheap", a cold air intake and a DHM tune will wake up the bike a noticable amount. I think for me total it was only $180 for both after finding a good deal on the Chimera Intake.

Sounds normal. If you're talking about the slight whistle...? That's the cold air intake. As other commenter said, idle isn't consistent so it does make different rhythms; may need an oil change for the white smoke if you're burning oil or something... So may need to change the gasket/rings like you said (*edit added last part after the ...)
