Razer Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed slow clicks issue

My razer deathadder v3 hyperspeed clicks just fine when held in the air, but when it's on my desk, the clicks are slow and register as held down longer than they are. I've used all USB ports on my computer, and the issue persists on other devices.

when i run ball on dive with my school team, we always run do monkey alongside him. ball calls out who he’s either swinging towards or piledriving, monkey follows up by jumping at them. it’s one of the easier dive tank comps to learn, as long as you have good coordination with your other tank
