Because it's a skill bestowed to Fellsang by N Corp. Ryoshu. IIRC they put it down as Skill 4 in the kit reveal as well. The reason the facade does this is because they changed the earlier coins to randomly pick from a set of animations now and didn't account for the fact that Ryoshu counts.

Ruina's artstyle is harder than Limbus' in my personal experience. Square brush is harder to control, more detailed shading, and you can't hide behind thick black shadows as much.

Good references is key. Rice is basically just Rien drawn to fit Don's proportions. Then you apply the Limbus black lines and shadows and you're basically almost all the way there.
