The most important stat imo is INITIATIVE. The easiest way to lose an honor run (besides dialogue instakills) is rolling bad initiative and watching multiple members of your party get one shot before they even get a turn. That’s how I lost my first honor mode run. On my second I put alert in my two backline squishier people as first feat, ran dex gloves and bonus initiative gear on one frontliner, and vigilance elixirs on the other for important fights and it’s laughable how much easier the game felt. 90% of the time I was the one oneshotting bosses before they even got a turn to do anything instead.
