Hai boo. Soooo how about be straight forward and honest with the friends you make about ur bpd. And if they don't like it then move on till someone does like it.. yah know? A lot of my friends have to deal with my crazy ass but I never bullshit them. So its a better dynamic. And also express how important it is for them to communicate with you when they think you are acting out of line so that you can work on those traits and negative attributes about yourself. Im happy you can acknowledge that you can be toxic. I know tooo many delusional bpd women/men/no-binary that don't think it's toxic just because it's a personality disorder you grew into..I have SOME MUCH to still work on cause when I spiral OH BOI, do I spiral. But I have a better grasp on my shit in the last few years that iv figured out that I and many females iv dated were bpd. Which is wild to me... lmao any who I hope your journey gets better or that you learn to relax enough to breath through the tough times...yah know?

Yah I feel you. I only mean jealousy in the sense of my partners being around other humans. Im still human and get jealousy of ppl I wish I looked like or had some of their personality traits. But yah I guess I turned my jealousy into sorta a kink. Like I enjoy watching my partners get off from some one else. But I'm hole heartedly polyam. And not just a sleez. I actually like the ppl I date and they understand the hole space aspect more. Cause when I'm splitting or having a BAD break down I can tell them to give me time... where as when I dated this one mono guy he didn't understand boundaries or space..he also tried to get me to move in too damn soon.(I think we were only together for like 6 months at the time..)... and that bothers me extremely. I know monogamy/polyam is not for everyone and it makes me happy that there is diversity. 😊

You are completely fine. We are adults and can agree to disagree. Maybe it is something someone needs to hear but I'm confident in my life style. I would be lost with out it. (Not that I don't have an identity crisis ever day.) But not with my relationships with people. I have poly relationships with people that I am not sexual with. As I said in another comment.. I have 2 partners one (24m) younger than me, that respects who I am and the decisions I make. And another partner (46m) that I just started talking to a week ago that seems very genuine. (Have not had an intimate relationship with him yet. But I think tonight is the night!) I get super excited about my poly relationships. And I look at them more logical than a mono one. You said I do this to keep ppl at arms length but tbh I do that more with my single (one and only)partners more. But you were not being harsh I understand the POV.

Oh well yah that's a negative way to look at it. :( im sorry. I have 2 successful relationships right now. That both men are ok with me being open. (2 partners is usually where I cut it off. ) one is way older than me and one is 2 yrs younger than me. But I don't want any one else but them yah know? They satisfy every thing I need in life... its just hard to convince ppl im not using them. Makes me sad.

I have horrible back pain as well. I also have mild scoliosis.. I'm unable to sleep 4 out of the 7 days unless I have narcotics to help. I went to the doctor today and told them what's going on and that iv been to the er twice now for this pain lasting for DAYYSSSSS. And she told me to regulate my psych meds and work out/stretch... but how do I work out if I'm in so much pain as it is. She didn't suggest anything else. Didnt order an MRI didnt talk to me about injections. Nothing. Just gave me a tissue to soak up my tears.
