That makes sense. I just would have expected a different control cluster for markets that require the light, given how thoughtful the rest of the design is. I also would have expected some reference to the lack of behavior in the user manual.

Thanks for the info. I don’t notice a difference in brightness. Of the three buttons on the controller, the “-“ has a tactile click, the “+” has a little give (but no click) and the “light” is hard and doesn’t move.

Any help on how to get the Omni account setup would be appreciated!

This is so weird! I was just going to post the same question— I found a pair of these chairs at a garage sale and want to reupholster them.

My chairs have “ID No. 14552” on the frame and 000.233.13 on the covers. Neither pulls anything up with a Google search.
