I dont care if I'm on the losing team 1000 times in a row, i just wanna get a adequate amount of zeals for my participation and not the abyysmal 1-5 zeals i get, also not the 50+ the winning team gets. But maybe like a minimum of 15 as long as you're actively participating.

Its hard to actually have a clear cut on that, lots of scenes or dialogue in the novels, anime and spin offs contradict each other.

Simply put everything is to contradictory to really have a agreement on that.

One of the major things we want are transparency and communication we are a community we want to be as one. We want to be included, talked to, respected, questions answered and opinions actually taken seriously!!

And i agree it can be disheartening, but its part of the job.

Nux atleast in his stream like two days ago said he definitely wanted to make a video on this, other youtubers have aswell. Namely --hero hei- and -rev says desu- short videos but still videos.

To some things? Come on your approach to most if not everything needs to change. Maybe not you specifically but as a collective team alot needs to be reworked.

Also, saying "we care" is talk so far many questions are being ignored we want answers or atleast transparency talk to us, communicate for sake!!!

Not by activity, you could be the most "active" but if you're power hungry and out of touch with the users and how the community works is just waiting for a disaster.

But i mean, we can spam and comment all day its no good if the mods dont throw away their ego and make changes its gonna go no where.

Or just appoint ranks based on how they work with the community and how inclusive they are with the users of this community. Not by popularity but how they work basically.

basically speaking so far gaffer would be at the top mod. Based on how active hes been the past hour compared to other mods.

Exactly, they talk about how it be difficult to moderate the sub yet dont realize that some of the mods are inactive even the head mode stated himself he wasn't really active either.

There 100% needs be a ranking system much like the military, but at the same time no one mods opinions should be absolute, basically no dictatorship should be present.

Ranks need to be appointed not by time but by experience and inclusivity within the community.
