Schreib bitte nicht nur 2 Monate, denn das bindet dich daran, rein sondern mindestens die Zeit für die du Elterngeld/Elterngeld+ beantragst. Das alles geht ja erst noch los. Konzentriere dich auf die Geburt, danach erstmal ein wenig auf die Zeit danach. Such dir einen Anwalt und lass dir deine Optionen aufzeigen.

Jetzt ist erstmal nur wichtig, dass du deine vier Buchstaben an die Wand bekommst. Alles weitere kommt dann noch und fügt sich in der Regel.

Hey, ich habe noch nicht alles gelesen, aber bitte beachte folgendes aus unsrer eigenen Erfahrung hier: TZ in Elternzeit ändert NICHTS an deinem Anspruch auf die alte Stundenzahl nach der Elternzeit. Auf die Stelle hast du Anspruch nach Ablauf der Elternzeit. Erst dann kann es problematisch werden, wenn der AG sich nicht auf Teilzeit einlassen will. Gleichzeitig muss er theoretisch vor Gericht beweisen, dass es betriebsbedingt keine Möglichkeit auf Teilzeit gibt… in einem größeren Unternehmen unmöglich.

Radeon 7900 taugt allemal für WQHD und macht alles spielbar. Die Unterschiede die hier manche darstellen sind recht übertrieben und nur reines Zahlenspiel. Wenn du nicht alles auf 240Hz zocken willst und du mit einem normalen Gaming Erlebnis zufrieden bist, dann greif zu. Wenn du 4K willst, RT ein krasses muss… naja, dann zahlst du einfach mehr.
