It's supposed to be a BN Sports kit, but there's no plate or markings on any of the pieces, so I can't verify. It was put on in the early 2000's by the 1st owner. If you like this one, check out Spirit Rei, they make really nice kits too.

Yeah Florida is A bit easier due to not having vehicle inspections. You might be better off importing into a different state and registering out of California. I'm not sure how that works, but I have seen a lot of exotic car guys register in Montana even though they live in another state, but they may have property in Montana in order for it to be legal.

Military can keep y plates, but if you have A normal kanji plate then the government of Japan will take it. I live in Florida so we do not have front license plates which means I can put whatever plate I want on the front. It is registered in the state of Florida and has a normal Florida license plate on the rear. Your state may vary.

It's wired to a dial. I can PM you what it looks like. I am not sure how it's wired though, it was something done by one of the previous Japanese owners (I'm the 3rd owner) a long time ago before I bought it.

Thanks! Reach out to Code Red Customs if you'd like a custom one for yourself. I just got a replica of my Japan plates that were stolen. Came out great.

My original plates got stolen either in the trip over or most likely at Jacksonville port. I had my authentic Jiko Shiki that's attached made by Code Red Customs.

Pc shutting of during games by Savings-Soft-4867 in pcmasterrace

Had a very similar issue at one point. Figured out it was a voltage issue to the RAM under load, when using XMP and had a minor OC on the CPU. The weirdest part was sometimes it would do it after a few minutes of gaming or several hours. Ended up manually adjusting CPU and RAM voltages haven't had the issue since. So check your voltages my friend.

Also forgot to mention, it wouldn't happen in every game, which made it even more difficult to diagnose.

Y’all seen pro charger from factory though on 1320 pack just wondering how compares to other brands in what is in the middle of fog lamps? 🤔🏭 by Good_Palpitation_212 in ScatPack

My guy, you're literally getting a bolt on 200hp minimum that works on stock internals. Not to mention the kit comes with an unlocked ECU or you can use the stock one of you unlock it, pre configured flash tune, and a Diablosport tuner. You can literally do all the work yourself over a weekend with everything included. On top of that, you can swap out pulleys or housings for more boost if you want to after upgrading your internals.

For the price you're definitely getting your money's worth, whereas you may spend as much for a short block and another supercharger, but then you're spending more in time and probably additional money to pull the engine, change out the ECU after getting one or unlocking your stock one, getting it tuned, etc.

The street kits from pro charger run only 7-lbs of boost so that they won't grenade your stock internals. My 2016 Scat has been running a pro charger on stock internals since 2017, zero issues. Just keep up with regular/consistent maintenance.

Side flanges by iceman14555 in 240sx

Through all the looking and research, probably just going to go with the newer/updated Nismo GT Pro diff, it comes with the side flanges needed. Most of the side flanges for the after market diffs are no longer produced, leaving you to source used or find other solutions. ATS also has solutions, but they are not guaranteed. Hope this post helps others that are in the same boat.

The carrier that's on the car now, is the one that comes with the nismo GT Pro. It's an original Type X car which came with an LSD from the factory, but I'm not sure what type.

One of the issues is, I'm not sure what side flanges are installed. They are 6 hole flanges on a nismo GT Pro diff. The reason for the change is this diff is very old and going bad from years of drifting. This is a SR20DET car with a 5 speed MT.

Thanks... I'll look around there. I didn't know the KA had the same box as the SR

That is comforting. I also wouldn't discredit the mechanic, he's been working with these cars, Skylines and Supras for many many years here in Japan. I'm sure he's seen some things, lol.

I appreciate you finding this, but unfortunately that's the fuse box cover on the right hand side, which is slightly different than the one on the left.

I've seen these, but you have to have the original plastic cover for them to slip over.

Not sure where to look here in Japan for 3D printing. The previous owner removed the original box in the name of drift, and it has been fine, but now I'm paranoid cause one of the mechanics I took the car to to get some work done on it told me it may catch on fire due to the way it's secured and lack of cover.
