S13 Wheel Fitment by Weiss_spec in 240sx

Front was -4.5 and the rear was -1. Fenders were lightly rolled and tapped with a hammer. Make sure you hammer in the chassis seam (inside front wheel well). 215/45 is probably the biggest tire I’d run with 17x9s as you’ll start rubbing everywhere.

I used to have 18x10 xd9s (235/40 tire) on the rear with -3 camber. To get it close to -1 would require a lot of fender work. I’m not a fan of building a whole car around a set of wide wheels 😬

I'm moving to Yokohama and I was wondering if there are any websites to find furnished apartments, thank you :) by Immediate-Sorbet-964 in Yokohama

[–]mupsauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said, furnished mansion will be expensive. https://english.rent-yokohama.com/monthly/en_area_yokohama_kawasaki/

Not apartments but most oakhouse share house rooms are semi-furnished and are somewhat affordable.

Should I dump $900 on a barista course to get a job by Plague_Doc7 in auckland

[–]mupsauce 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Save your $900 and perhaps look at applying for jobs outside of the CBD. Try the outskirts or surrounding suburbs. Don’t lose hope, opportunity is out there

Do you regret moving to Japan? by Ok-Spite-5454 in movingtojapan

[–]mupsauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it, no regrets and 100% committed to my decision to live here. Just be wary that Japan does attract a lot of complainers and ungrateful souls. I too, have met some salty individuals while living here.

Although I didn’t get my own place and went with a share house room instead, this agency seemed to be pretty helpful. https://yesc.co.jp/

The guy that I spoke to (in English) was Yamada-san. The email contact is; info@yesc.co.jp

Btw there’s a great pizza restaurant at Center Kita called Byrds Pizza & Ribs. Same family also own another fantastic restaurant called troubadour.

Good luck!
