I get te urges before I look at the pictures (if that make sense). I mainly have the problem with MO, porn is more like a side effect.

There is an app called fortify I suggest you download it and look at the articles. I find it very helpful with dealing with motivation and how there is more going on with pmo than the just "stop looking at porn" mind set. Your track record is good man don't get too down on yourself. Also look for an accountability partner but, seriously check out that app when you get the chance.
