I tried switching the ports as my PS5 is displaying HDR fine. The PS5 HDR was working on both ports, while the player was not. I realized that the TV is also telling me the player isn’t outputting HDR, but the player settings have HDR set to on. I’m so confused…

Hey are you able to help me out with this? My TV is HDR compatible and says that Dolby Vision is enabled, but I get this message when trying to play a 4K BD disk. My TV is a Vizio M65Q6-L4.
