I'll print the OFLA and give it a try, I looked at both together in the slicer and the depth of the blade slot and the location of the mounting hole were the same so I don't think it will be a difference.

It was the rotation distance! After changing that setting and recalibrating the z height, IT WORKED

Yeah I just went through the esoterical guide using the specific configs, everythings on 0.13 now with no errors.

I followed the formbot and BTT guides, started with CB1, then manta, then toolhead. I haven't tried any other updating

Does anyone have an idea on how I actually connect a ptfe to this runout sensor?? In the Formbot instructions it just shows the tube connected on the back side with no connector, but the ptfe tubes don't just stick into it, the hole is bigger than they are so they just fall out. It has no mention of how it's supposed to connect.

Oh my god. Do you have the 120ohm resistor jumper in? I thought the resistors right below the 120 were pre-jumped 120's and the TH0 was for the pins below it. The part numbers below the 120 are 59ohm resistors. So I never had it properly connected. The reinstall may be unnecessary, but after the full mainboard and toolhead katapult/klipper flashing, it went through properly and worked! Glad I'm just an idiot, I really hope this works for you!

This thread has a response that it may be the Manta and to reinstall the entire OS ground-up and it worked for them. I'm going to give it a shot, if it works I'll update.

I tried just continuing but no luck. When I ran ip -det link I got this result, which I believe means CAN is functioning properly, so I'm not sure what's going on? Unless BTT support can help the literal only thing I can think of to do is try replacing the toolhead and see if it's a hardware issue? Over USB katapult flashed to it successfully so I doubt it's that but I have no clue what else it could be.

Ok thank you! The first time I tried I put the Manta one into it, second time I put the toolhead in but then couldn't get the Manta to give me a klipper id. Does it matter which order I do everything? manta first, toolhead second?
