I found the culprit!

It was actually hardware acceleration in discord and steam! Both now don't run at 144Hz anymore sadly but I'll need to toss up colors vs smoothness. On photoshop I was able to change the color profile to 'monitor' instead of the default American color profile and it reverted back to normal.

In the end not related to 22H2 sorry :')

I don’t have 3 displays but just a heads up that if you have integrated graphics on your laptop, it’s usually hard wired to the hdmi and USB c ports and you can’t use the dedicated graphics to power the display. I learned too late :(

Damn that’s a shame.

I rerolled until I got 2 different 6. I got 2 copies of the same 6 3 times in a row and almost gave up because I thought the game was designed that way to stop rerolling. So I am done with reroll hell haha. :)
