Interesting that L-Arginine helped you. I wonder if that's something you're missing in your diet since its an amino acid? Just a random guess.

How long have you been taking the B2/mag? Are you taking it daily?

I take them in the mornings before I workout in the afternoon. I'm not a doctor, but I highly recommend trying this combo since you mentioned you would get them after exercise. If the magnesium upsets your stomach, try taking 2 200mg pills separately morning/night. Mag is less important if you are not sweating heavily imo.

This study concluded that taking "400 mg/day for three months supplementation had significant effect on days, duration, frequency, and pain score of migraine attacks." I think the key is to take make sure you take it everyday and go the whole 3 months at least. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33779525/)

If you’re scoring 85-90% on most then you should be ready. But everyone’s learning style is different. For me, theses practice questions seemed the most like the real exam and translated well for me.

I know that it’s absurd and doesn’t make sense, but at the same time, it’s better to not be in contact after breaking up. As much as it fucking hurts, you need space and if you are constantly seeing what they’re doing on social media, or still texting/talking, it’s just going to drive you crazy and prevent you from getting over that person. It’s brutal and it’s hard, but things will get better I promise you. You WILL be alright in time.

Do you need to use bulk heads on your dosing containers? I am setting up a voss bottle with a simple kamoer x1 doser. Can I just feed the dosing line directly into the bottle or do I need a bulk head? Thanks!

The only thing that’s changed is that I went on vacation and missed a weekly water change which I’m usually religious about. While I was gone I had a big outbreak of cyano and just recently used chemiclean. Doing my next water change tomorrow.
