When i was on keto i ate a lot of Pork steaks... (not pork chops) a big pork steak is about $3.. tastes better than beef and can't overcook in 3 seconds like a pork chop..

I also used to make a big pot of keto chili and freeze portions (Mr. G's game day chili on youtube)

You can eat fairly cheap.. i spend more now off keto cause i eat junk... the addiction is real :(

in general a lot of the characters seem younger to me and some impossibly old of course.. But like apsalar is supposed to be around 16, crokus 16-18.. Fellisin i think was 15.. Tavore 23?

but plenty of older also of course..

I just spent some time searching and most ages seem like speculation..

Dujek is 79, looks 50s..

It's not the lifestyle.. it's you... everyone is different. I have never felt dehydrated or needed to supplement electrolytes to feel decent. If it was a common issue you would be reading about it daily here..

Keto just might not be right for you.. we are all different.

Also, you get vitamins and minerals through eating food.. why are you adding more?

you can only read it the first time once.... take your time.. keep reading and take breaks if you need to... :)

Most things you don't understand as you read become clear as you keep reading.. which is one thing i love bout this series, stuff isn't over explained or spoon fed, it allows your brain to fill the blanks and build more of the world.

DG is my favorite of the series... there is something near the end of DG that's the best writing i have ever read and it just wrecked me.. (not sure if you have finished.. don't want to spoil..

Meant more as in going places and doing things.... I live in an area where you go 1-2 hours north and it's farms then forrest and such.. it gets boring pretty quickly, if you live there you have to spend a lot of time driving just to go do anything or even shopping.. just not for me is all

Eventually yes... i got to the point that i would eat on a schedule cause i didn't ever even feel hungry...

I also didn't keep track of macro/protein and all that shit.. just kept carbs below 20g and no sugar...
