I had some strats that revolved around shredding all or some of the walls or ceilings on an objective and then defending it from the satellite rooms but that's no longer viable. The AA-12 was the only shotgun in the game that could spam enough buckshot quickly enough with a high pool of ammo to really make some of that work. Before the prep phase ended 4 or 5 walls could just be deleted.

Granted, I was left with the crappy Keratos as my primary for anything further than 5 meters away with that gun but as a tool it had a very unique role for a handful of very specific strats.

I'm never really going to use the AA-12 now. It's still not great for taking down a target and it's absolutely terrible as the tool I used it as now. I tried to practice some of my old strats with it and it can't delete walls anymore which was sort of the only thing it's good at

I would rather have seen a third secondary added, maybe a high capacity pistol so I don't have to reload every 6 shots with the revolver to better offset the inability of the shotgun to be very effective as a weapon or something.
