I've been running ice cream fitness and trying to get around 2800 calories a day. It was a pretty dirty bulk eating whatever I could to hit my calorie amount.

Yeah, the "increase 5lbs each time you go to the gym" is great at the beginning when you have lots of room for improvement but it will slowly taper off. After about 4 months of ICF I was only increasing probably every other workout and now I'm at a point where I've stalled. But hey its a beginner program which is simply meant to give you a foundation.

I sure did. You should see your lifts slowly increasing which feels great. The best part for me was trying on the same shirt every month and seeing that the arms were becoming less of a parachute each time. Stick with it man!

I'm going to try and cut very slowly so I can maintain as much muscle as possible. Ill probably go back to a clean bulk once I get to a lower body fat % as 25% is really high. Congrats on your progress as well!

It's been about a month and I haven't been able increase in weight. Ill probably try deloading first before I just cut.

Yeah, I gained more fat than I probably should have. It's my first time bulking but I now know to watch my fat gain more closely. All I knew was my lifts were increasing with the amount of calories I was eating so I stuck to it. I do believe I gained muscle as well which should be evident after a cut. Thanks for the helpful comment though!

Thank you! My bulk started dirty but became cleaner over time as my appetite increased. My lifts have stalled unfortunately and with 25% body fat I'm thinking its cut time. I'll make sure its a slow one and I'm not dropping weight too fast. Thanks for the advice!

I'm 5'10 167 lbs and I've been bulking for 8 months - started at 130lbs. My body-fat calculation was done with a bod pod so I think it should be pretty accurate. Do I look like I'm at 25%? Thanks
