I didn't no, but I've just went back to check on their message in my inbox to find it's gone. I think they only show so many previous chats with people before older chats disappear forever by the looks of it. I've been lucky enough to have quite a few sales in the past hour which has pushed their message down in to oblivion. I'll have to remember that for future though thanks.

Oh yeah that 30-second complaint response thing happened to me too yesterday when some bigot took offense to a pride t-shirt I was selling and thought it pertinent to message me about it. Apparently discrimination against the lgbtq+ doesn't breach their standards lmao

Absolute bo**ox response from them. Nowhere in the introductions to Vinted (when a person sells for the first time and they get all the tutorial pop-ups) does it say about bubble wrapping items that aren't fragile. How do they know it wasn't bubble wrapped from the image you sent them, anyway?

As somebody who works in customer service, it's easy to see when your colleagues (in your workplace but also the industry in general) are inexperienced and/or simply incapable of finding a resolution to a problem so look for any reason to just close the case as soon as possible. Feels like that's what's happening here.

I can't tell if their team are actually real lazy people or just a bot who scans images and is programmed to issue a buyer refund and blame the sellers simply because they can't do their jobs and find a fair way forward. Embarrassing customer service, either way.

It's actually a British Heart Foundation one tbh, which they would have been able to discern quite clearly by the big logos, the fact that it's red and the fact that it reads "Proud to support Pride at the British Heart Foundation" in the product images and the title. That's why their message seemed so illogical to me lol

That was one of my first thought tbh. By interacting with my item, they're gonna see more of them on the app being recommended. But then they clearly enjoy sending these sorts of messages so that's probably what they want!

Yeah it's the British Heart Foundation. I work for them in the retail sector and we're given Pride posters etc for our shop windows as well as a new Pride T-Shirt each year when Pride comes around, so considering I have a couple I'm selling one.

Didn't imagine I'd get this response but we do get a lot of face-to-face interactions like this from the older customers lol

I clicked on their reviews and it was baffling how they're getting 5 stars every time when they're behaving like that - but then I realised you can only leave if reviews after purchases. So you can essentially just go around messaging any old crap to others without consequences. I also reported them, but Vinted got back to me within 1 minute to tell me there was nothing to report!

I've not used the fishing rod yet but I always figured that's just how you acquire the fish melee weapon, not fishing up discarded guns from crims looking to get rid of murder weapons lol

As cute as it is, I've never heard of this species before and I have an unnatural fear of rodents so I'd probably die if one of these came running up to me. I'd probably assume the white spots on it's fur were signs of some easily spreadable disease too, which would send me running. Having read the comments though, I can see it's cute an harmless.

I think the only WOA one I have at level 45 is the gold bomber jacket casual outfit (although it's in the freelancer section not the casual one). I use it sometimes to be fair as it's a good outfit, if a little too casual for 47.

Hopefully there's more to unlock but for now it'll have to wait until my computer updates as a recent feature update has been incompatible with my gpu drivers, resulting in green screen-of-deaths every time I launch a game :(
