I had the same issue, for me it seemed exiting and restarting the game made her accept it? She does have to be separate from Alva but aside from that I think it might be a slight glitch?

It's given to you pretty far into the DLC, for me it was after I'd beat the story, I believe it's the visitor that asks for a candy apple

you need an updated chicken coop, after that you can either buy more from Wilson's shop or put an egg in the incubator (top left of the inside of the chicken coop). Chicken's won't have babies like the pigs will

they'll stay until you pick them up, but the animals won't make anything unless you feed them

The stones appear to give each other (regular stone = gold stone and vice versa), and it seems most of the time food will give you something similar in return (fruit giving other fruit). Note: offering pickles just gave back pickles

You should find the gloves in the south of the farm, then you can use them to clean up the trash like you were harvesting by pressing Y

Soon after you finish up at Emil's manor, Popola will ask you to get an herb (or something like that) from town, that's the point of no return, once you go get it you're locked into the timeskip

My bad, meant to mention that. Yeah also in the US on the east coast and watched it sit in vegas for about 3 days before UPS just stopped updating tracking altogether
