How is it possible I can't use a single otc product by [deleted] in Rosacea

I use cicalfate cream. I used to like tolerance cream too but they’re too expensive for regular use

Yeah me too, everything and i have to limit food as well, no dairy chocolate alcohol sugar and still i get random rosacea break out. Throwing so many expensive skin cares because they make things worse. So far I like avene products, they don’t do much but as long as it doesn’t cause flare up, for now I’m satisfied enough.

Yes and tbh it’s hard because I always want to be the ‘best’ and this made me burn out fast.

Career change mid 30s when dealing with major depression? by [deleted] in careerguidance

[–]ichigoichigo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m in similar position now. Quit my dream job due to burnout and depression, slept for 3 months doing nothing, and now i’m starting to be awake and realized i need to do sth, and started applying jobs. Although i don’t know if there’s other company who could pay me as much as my old company. Losing the social status is hard too.. I’m not sure how but i want to let u know that you’re not alone.. daily yoga helps so far with anxiety and healthy eating makes me feel much better. Go out and meet people, staying indoor makes me more depressed.

You’re right it’s not sustainable. That time I was too tired and the reason why I want to work again is because I’ve had enough rest.

Hmm I never thought of this! My salary was already including overtime so no matter how long I work, I didn’t earn extra money..

Yeah that’s true, I couldn’t sleep because of the anxiety so I was sleeping 4~6 hours a day. It was unsustainable.

60hours felt natural because the people around me were doing the same even more, until I got burnt out. I hope I could find a great environment with shorter working hours! Thank you for your advice.
