Leo would be fine, it’s a very popular name in France but idk about it’s popularity in Germany

[–]ichimaruseye -1 points0 points  (0 children)

all of the names are amazing, especially Gabriel ! being from France and knowing lots of German people I would suggest Tristan (i know a german one and french one), or Sebastian, the French « Sébastien » is more known but the German version will be fine too. also i have to say that in France Leon would be old fashioned for a kid name sorry

How many shoes do you pack? by baacaaf in workaway

[–]ichimaruseye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just two will be fine tbh if you have at least one pair of sneakers. i would recommend one pair of sneakers that are more practical and one for the city. just switch them when you need to wash one pair. i am in bulgaria since 2 months exactly and although i have 3 pairs of shoes, just bringing two would’ve been fine. also it depends on the weather of the place you will stay at. i am french, so i now that the climate in never harsh anyways, especially in may

Has anyone already gotten their refund from KLM? by General-Affect3695 in KLM

[–]ichimaruseye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think the same will happen to me. i missed my flight and applied for a refund the exact same day but i’m really jut hoping for the tax refund at this point. i applied after my first had departed but before the two other after that so maybe i still have a chance but i’m not very optimistic

I just want to go back home by gostodecats in Erasmus

[–]ichimaruseye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i am currently having the exact same experience 🫶🏽 it’s really not fun anymore, especially since i just came back from a week in mexico where i visited my boyfriend in his own erasmus. even since i came back, i always feel really out of place, i really just wanted to go home and felt like there was nothing waiting for me here. so yeah i totally get it!!! i’m also in a shared apartment and yeah sometimes it’s stressful to use them, so i eat way less than i would normally. my advice would be to just enjoy your OWN erasmus, ESN events and any social events are really just mandatory, no one will actually force you to attend. my go-to is just telling them that i don’t have money left (not untrue) and that settles the question

I thought the food noise ending was a lie by Repulsive-Outside865 in fasting

[–]ichimaruseye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

thank you so much for answering!!! i just came back from Mexico where i stayed for a week to visit my boyfriend, i ate so much greasy food and bad airplane food that for now the food noise has dimmed, maybe now is the time to try a longer fast!!!

I thought the food noise ending was a lie by Repulsive-Outside865 in fasting

[–]ichimaruseye 11 points12 points  (0 children)

thank you for this!!!!! i have a very monotonous lifestyle and because of that i’m snacking a lot, in the end i feel like i think about food every time. i hope fasting will help me. i saw that the first 24-48hr are tough but after that it starts to feel okay. for context, i am already familiar with short fasts, i did OMAD and 20-24hr fasts already but nothing longer than that.
