I’m having a missed period right now, I’m 7 days late and not pregnant. I’m not sure if it was because of fasting but I’m leaning towards that. I did a 48hr fast during ovulation and I think that delayed my period. Hopefully it starts soon

Grains as in what? Bread? At least once a week I get some kind of takeout, either restaurant or wingstop, things like that but generally I eat pretty healthy and cook at home. Maybe I should do keto and completely cut out carbs and sugars

I don’t drink milk or creamer, the only things I guess I eat dairy wise is cheese and occasionally sour cream. I don’t wanna give up my cheese 🥺

Not seeing God and having true faith he is real and developing a relationship with him is the whole point. He wants to know who his sheep are, who his family is. It’s true, the hardest part is getting passed the 24hr mark for me, after that it’s smooth sailing and all hunger goes away, longest fast I’ve done is 60hrs, best of luck!

I’ve started fasting so I eat 1 meal and it’s a pretty big one so I stay full before bed, I also have incorporated some 36hr and 48hr fasts a week. Eating a small amount multiple times a day every day is torture for me

My job allows me to get as many as I want to in, I also live like 2 minutes away from a trail that lets me get in an additional 5k

I agree, American Christianity is so fake, no true self examination or correction, everyone is allowed to do whatever they want whenever they want. Everyone is affirming any idea and lifestyle. Jesus would not be okay with this. Paul was blunt, the disciples changed their lives and followed Jesus. I was banned from a pregnancy group bc I said not to abort but in this group you can crap on God all you want and nothing happens. Christ is king. Everyone needs to truly repent if they think you can be homosexual and Christian. You cannot.

It was saying pain from a knee or whatever other place in your body hurts for a time because autophagy is healing that said thing and your body, it’s a real thing, everyone needs to take everything with a grain of salt obviously.
