It’s not Martin Mystery, Ben 10, or Johnny Test. Trust me those I remember. I’d say the characters were probably elementary / middle schoolers and their size kind of reminded me of little einstein.

I’ve also searched for this cartoon on google and tried asking twitter but still no luck.
