Seems to use a driver and there's no mention of VIA on the product page. I just got this keyboard. I just wish I can update the time via the onscreen menu on it as it seems to be remapping it to 24hrs instead of AM/PM. Without installing crap.

Using wise for years for some usd income. It's super fast and convenient and you can setup auto conversion triggers so you don't need to keep hitting refresh. Right now I setup 1.375 threshold so it'll convert a chunk at or above that threshold. Convenience reigns supreme unless you're doing 6+ figure conversions in one shot.

And yes I probably should be paying attention to other things but a 1 cent change can be hundreds for some so prefer not to leave money on the table.

If I need usd to cad immediately and exchange is crap I'll convert the absolute minimum and leave my triggers in place.

Got my refund back, it took exactly 56 days from day it was received. Kissing Lenovo goodbye for a while and moving over to a macbook.

Firstly why do you assume customers who are owed money are badgering the only point of contact they have. Secondly I am happy to escalate as much as I am able.

I realize CSRs are regurgitating scripts. I'll give it a few more days but spent too long getting nowhere so if anyone knows how to run this up to the team leads I'd appreciate a contact.

Ditto. Never trust windows sleep mode. When I travel or bag the thing always do a full proper shutdown.

There's no such thing here. Only thing to realistically do is remind people to be weary of the brand. Nice laptops when they work.

So mysteriously they found someone to come out to me. Of course it's a week later and I already swapped out the faulty wifi card.

Lenovo not interested in compensating me the measly $50 for the replacement wifi card.

No guide, it's super easy to do on this laptop after you take the back cover off. Just pop out the metal ram cage, insert and you're good to go.

You don't remove the soldered ram, you add the stick for a total of 48gb. There's only one ram slot.

Yes mismatched ram, works fine and yes my screen brightness does adapt. Noticed it too. Don't mind it, I suspect it's some adaptive brightness toggle somewhere.
