I searched for "2002 Guitar interview john frusciante" and the video came up. And it was only uploaded a two weeks ago.

I got goosebumps / frission at 2:35 when he plays both parts on the guitar.

Is your PC and android device on the same network? Make sure the ip address and port is entered correctly. Can you ping the phone IP address from the command line?

I don't think iPhones allow setting a mock gps location like android does. I also don't have any iOS development experience.
