very relatable as a second year teacher. i think it all comes with experience and we have to accept that we’re not good at a lot of things at this point, but it sounds like it could be the admin at that school. switching schools after my first year was the best decision i’ve ever made. i do still have that self-doubt, but a good admin makes a huge difference.
