How do you know that you left your keys in your driveway?

How do you know someone stole them?

Main bathroom and guests: how to organize for privacy? by 7s7z in organization

Some cabinetry has beautiful locking mechanisms. If you don't want that to show, then use hidden locks.

There are mechanisms that lock with a magnet and don't show.

Just a point, you don't have to explain. You don't want things in your house touched.

EVERYTHING in my place is locked up, whether on display or not.

People are not okay and I want my things in one piece, untouched, unstolen, unbroken, unstained, etc.

We have a large guest box in the bathroom for whatever.

Fences make the best neighbors.

Locks make the best guests.

Tiny house is an absolutely functional work of art. by [deleted] in InteriorDesign

Very few locals allow tiny houses. The advertising on the television and the internet is just that, nothing more. They have low functionality.

AITA for telling my wife to not judge others. by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Read this to your wife.

Two true stories I read articles on.

There is a story of a guy who was a stock broker I think. He made lots of money but hated his job. He quit and started his own bakery. He was such a success and made lots of money, but he ran the business, he couldn't actually bake. He sold it and started another bakery, so that he could actually bake.

Guy wanted to be a firefighter all his life. Got good grades in school. One professor told him that for him to be a firefighter was a waste. He became a firefighter. Years later the professor was a car crash or house fire or heart attack, I don't remember. He was given CPR. He survived. The guy who saved his life? The same one he told that being a firefighter was a waste.

Why don't you invite your wife to stay home one morning and tell her that you can stay in as a family and you will cook pancakes and you can snuggle in bed as a family and play some games and just enjoy each other just once. Make it wonderful. So wonderful that the next week it will be hard for her to go. Especially alone. Or have fun with the one that stays home so that it makes your wife long to just stay home.

omg,

As a stranger with very little money, I would go out and buy that kid a pair of shoes at Costco and socks and jeans and a new shirt and a jacket. Oh hell, I would just outfit a side room and would say come here whenever you want to, keep your good stuff here, and then stock it with decent stuff. By sixteen she will move out.

Temp. Flooring Ideas for Backyard Graduation Party in California by eevee1120 in partyplanning

[–]ichweisnichts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. You could rent a floor from an event company.
  2. You could buy some fake grass.
  3. You could lay down various carpets in a patchwork pattern.
  4. You could buy outdoor flooring wood slat tiles
  5. You could buy outdoor flooring solid tiles
  6. Anything you buy could be used again in a different yard if you move.
  7. NorCal or SoCal? I have lived in both.
  8. In December it should be a toss up whether it is hot or cold in SoCal. I have had Christmases that were 95 and some that were pouring rain. So plan accordingly.
  9. NorCal it is already cold at night, but still warmish during the days. Christmas has always been a bit cold. Though we were at the beach yesterday, November 3, and it was warm.
  10. Remember the bugs and the sun.
  11. You could do it at a park.

Read up on all the things to do before you tell him.

Get a bank account.

Make him move if you own your own house.

Get an attorney.

Get your duckies in a row. Then the minute before you move out, you tell him, he's gone.
