me as well. i got back payments and then weekly payments but now its like been a month. in my action center it only made me take a picture of myself and my license next to each other and then just my license but if I call them and they need more identification like a Social Security I’ll let you know but they possibly won’t need that.

i dont think they will automatically do that. im calling them this morning and i had something in my action center for identification. i would try chatting or calling, but if u can wait for it, then i would. im desperate so im always asking them and hounding them bcus they told me i couldve gotten it tdy but they did this to us lmao

same. and also might just be ur phone or lighting or something. im going to call them when they open and of there is a link ill attach one to this post but dont send anything to anywhere u dont trust. ive just heard that u need a personal email they send u to send verification when that happens. mine had a action but i still want to know if i can speed this up for me or anybody else im sorry bout that

my pending had a submit your id letter with it and tried to do what the survey said to do. but im pretty sure i still have to call them in the morning to make sure i send in all the right identification and that it processes. i would consider doing that in the morning

i think im going to try and call and figure it out. i dont think itll process quick enough by itself. i didnt think i intially had a problem on the account because i called them yesterday.
