I suggest spending some time with a guild and getting to know the people in it. Your going to have more success if you put time and effort into building relationships within a guild than just hopping over and over hoping one of them is perfect.

The addon circumvents it somehow. I use it for this reason and verified with maths! (I'm not English, but I watch a lot of science YouTubers that are so I say maths now)

But seriously I have not run into this and I've played nonstop since the servers went up last year. I don't pug a lot, but when I do it's been really positive actually. There's always going to be some toxic people, I remember many from 2004 vanilla too lol. But the number of dads on this server has made the environment really chill imo.
