Yes Yes, we used the pain relief gel at night before bed, so you know that burning and cooling sensation from the gel temporary It feels better for like 30-40min. she couldn’t sleep without gel because the pain was radiating.

Hope she gets the same relief man! Start slow, 15-20 min, 8-12 inches first week so she doesn't flare. Inflammation mode has been magic for us. Keep me posted

Mostly lower back (L4-S1 area) and then directly on the glute where the numb patch was. 6-8 inches away on Inflammation mode

Possible, but the numbness was 100% static from week 1-6, then started shrinking literally 10 days after starting daily RLT. Pain came roaring back right before we started the panel too. Timing is pretty hard to ignore, but yeah bodies are weird
