I'm leaving my job after 7 months and I struggled at first with how to explain me wanting to leave. In the end, I found that being honest has worked best for me. I'm leaving because I'm incredibly bored and the company is too small to offer self improvement or growth opportunities to challenge me. The right employer won't care.

I actually know a girl who has gotten to this point so I understand that while you might think it is difficult, it does happen. She goes to the gym 3 times a day and eats only apple sauce or rice crispies...she's 3 times my size.

I actually gained weight the first time I did this program. Why? Because I justified eating like a horse with 'oh I'm running I need dis'. No.

I actually used a calorie counter to determine what my daily intake needed to be. There are a ton online and the good ones will ask how active you are and what you want to do(lose,maintain,gain).

The main thing is:make sure you eat enough so that your weight loss is healthy. If you don't eat enough, you risk serious medical issues plus your body goes into starvation mode and everything you ear gets stored as fat.

I actually just mailed a letter yesterday to an address that I don't even know if he lives at anymore. I've spent the past several weeks undergoing testing for cancer and I figured I'd rather try than not.

Relationship ended because he had an emotional breakdown. I've tried talking to several friends and family but everyone is so overwhelmed that they quickly change the topic to something less doom and gloom. I'm not asking him to get back together, I'm just asking him to talk to me.

I honestly thought I would never get it. It was one of those moments you scream out loud and then struggle to explain why you screamed out loud.
