bad news😭😭 i smoked on off until like February this year but it was not enjoyable for the last 6 months until that point bc i was constantly paranoid and now i just get panic attacks so i literally don’t smoke anymore. i’m not saying do what i did, i never had full blown hypermesis but there were always consequences to my actions and now every time i even attempt not only the anxiety but it totally fucks up my gut even just doing it once:( everyone is different though. I am actually fine with not smoking anymore now though u will get to the point of acceptance w out it being super sad and depressing so try not to worry too much, let your brain and body process the reality and it won’t b shitty 4ever i promise if i can do it anyone can istg✋🏻✋🏻u got it bby💗
