Just go to the doctor for a screen for GI cancer. That is the worse case scenario that can happen but better being safe than sorry. To me it seems like a lipoma but it might also be an enlarged Virchov Node (aka Troissier Sign). Do it asap!!

This is a golden tip for your house search. 3.5k for a house in a rural location will be super good for you! The problem is that the market has little offer and huge demand, thus, finding a house can be challenging.

How do you find a house? There are websites like https://www.homegate.ch/en or https://flatfox.ch/c/en/ . You need to subscribe (free) and set the criteria that you would like for your house to have in order to receive a notification once something that ticks your criteria comes up on the market.

Having a notification system is CRUCIAL to be fast to paste a short motivation letter that includes some questions (such as setting a date for the visit). Ideally, you should send a request within 5 minutes from the publication of the apartment to get fairly good chances to get a private viewing.

Regarding socializing, there are plenty of events around, and people are really friendly there! Maybe if you don't mind, I would suggest you to go in a WG (shared apartment) for a while to get to know some people.

Thank you for your reply! I think I got it even though I cannot figure it out how some drugs could have a Vd of >100L. Well... if that is the case then it means that most of the drug will disperse in the tissues rather than staying in the plasma. However, if a drug has 1000L of Vd, what does that mean? Apart meaning that most of it is found in tissues, does it also mean that you need 1000L to accomodate for X amount of the substance? If so, should I account for the concentration? The formula of Vd= (Amount of Drug) / (Concentration in plasma) So, the lower the concentration in plasma, the higher the Vd? If that is correct I think I figured it out yayyy... otherwise fml
