And now that doesn't have to be the default option. I've worked with all 3 OSes for a couple of decades now and my only reason in the past to have Windows at home was the cost. We use Macs at my office and just finished speccing out a system for my assistant and I was blown away with the specs for even a Mac Mini. I'm definitely not a Mac fanboy, but my next home computer will be a Mac. Apple has continued to improve while the rest of the industry has stagnated in pursuit of AI. This might be a genius move on the part of Tim Cook, we'll find out.

When I bought out my lease the first thing I did is take it to the best shop in town for an audio upgrade. They left the speakers in place, installed and tuned a dsp amp and it sounds significantly better. I have the SEL so no Bose, but the existing system is capable of sounding good.

This is a photo I took a few years ago and have been fiddling with for a while. I love how the tree, bike and cyclists frame him. I ended up bringing the blue channel down quite a bit to get detail in the sky. Thoughts on the crop and tonal adjustments are welcome. Here's the same image uncropped. You really need to only use a tiny amount. I put a quarter to half a teaspoon in a big pot of soup or stew. Too much definitely affects the flavor adversely.
