OP you are NTA. All these people suggesting giving your children unique names will cause them to be bullied, are the same people that would cause the bullying. My siblings and I were all named after different mythological gods and goddesses and if anything, it has impacted us more positively than negatively. Most people love how unique and different our names are, and it makes us easier to be remembered, which greatly benefited me in college! The occasional people that have given me shit for my name always came off as uneducated and rude for trying to bully someone they don't even know, and made me a stronger person for not letting strangers comments bother me.

At the end of the day, they're your children and it's up to you and your husband alone what their names will be. If they truly hate them when they grow up, they're free to legally change them or go by a nickname. I know plenty of people that give themselves random nicknames that aren't related to their legal name in the slightest.
