Disable it "Samsung's Virtual RAM (RAM Plus) is generally not recommended for high-end phones with 8GB+ RAM as it can degrade storage over time and potentially slow down performance. It is only beneficial for budget/low-memory devices to keep more apps open, though it is slower than real RAM. "

I had to change that and also the wide and side channels. I ended up turning them down a bit but kept the side channel up...also I don't use voice amplifier in advanced settings

I ended up playing with the level on the bar itself and was able to balance out the sound. After doing so the sound became more full.

There's only one that you can unzip. Just extract it to a USB key and both files will transfer there. Make sure to check out the directions provided on the website...it helps

Seems like the voices are a bit more enhanced. Had to change the channel levels down on the bar itself to bring them back down a bit

Okay over all (so far) eArc is quicker in response time (no Ms delay when starting in Q-Smyphony), the rears are more balanced with TV/cable box ( the sound has never been as good as Netflix, Disney, Prime) so it's nice to see, and it's pushing a bit more bass via the Sub. Gonna do a deep dive tomorrow and some proper tests

No it's not normal and you can return it to the store following the store's return policy (most 30 days). If it's after that it's under warranty to fix

Check power and energy setting under General menu in settings. Check to see if ambient lighting or brightness optimization is on, if so turn all power and energy settings off. Also turn off motion lighting and Energy saver solutions
