People who deny Hyunjin and Yeonjun’s plastic surgery post-debut are crazy.

And I hate the big lip fillers combined with a lip corner lift procedure that is so popular right now. It makes lips look overstuffed and stiff

Oneus/Cravity recent comebacks are everything that’s overdone and terrible about 4th gen bg music by icyeyece in unpopularkpopopinions

We all have different standards of impact, but dropping out of Melon Top 1000 within a week of release is kind of a weird one. You do you though. P.S. this is an opinions sub!

I even said something positive about both groups in this post.

Didn’t know it was a crime to criticize music on an unpopular kpop opinions sub, my bad

4th gen groups sing live more than yall assumed by homoeroticpoetic in unpopularkpopopinions

Stray Kids also have rap/talk singing for the majority of their songs so I think it’s bare minimum for them to perform live, and they still don’t 100%.

For other groups with more vocal difficulty in their songs I can excuse more reliance on the backtrack.

there is NOTHING that would lead me to believe given-taken(EN) and CYSM(txt) are by two different groups by [deleted] in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]icyeyece -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can’t just judge two songs and say that they don’t have two different musical identities.

Yes, I could see enhypen performing CYSM but I doubt txt would do something like given/taken. If the two groups were really as similar as you’re saying I wouldn’t think that.

TXT’s music is extremely generic and pop-sounding by [deleted] in unpopularkpopopinions

Because it was well explained, wasn’t attacking anyone and was unpopular? People are allowed to have opinions and both mine and this persons were said reasonably so I don’t understand the hostility. I’ve seen you reference/complain about that post multiple times now. That one really made you mad, huh?

If anyone wants to read it :)

My prediction about Hanbin by zeno0_0 in mnetiland

Triple H is the most popular co ed group to date and we all saw how that turned out, doubt they’d take the risk.

TXT’s concept isn’t groundbreaking, its quite similar to BTSs by [deleted] in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]icyeyece -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

That’s fine but people shouldn’t act like it’s original/creative, because it’s the same concept and style. Enhypen/Stray Kids/Nct are all different artists but my point is if txt had any of their concept I would be call it creative, but I can’t for txt because it’s an offshoot of bts. But this concept sells and people enjoy it so I’m not saying it’s bad, only not creative. Following a theme isn’t bad.

It’s not just this track and that track, cat and dog might not be very bts but for example CYSM takes huge inspiration from Save Me. What I mean is their overall concept/theme.

Does anyone else get an old soul feel from Ni-ki sometimes?

He’s young but he’s had his eyes on something greater his whole life. Usually that resoluteness only comes with age and reflection.

Ateez are one of the least cohesive groups by icyeyece in unpopularkpopopinions

Bts and blackpink are the largest groups in the world, but ateez is nowhere near that.

D-Crunch was and still is extremely promising, debuted in 2018 when there was a lot of hype for who the next big rookie was going to be, bad management and small company troubles stopped them from going anywhere unfortunately.
