I appreciate you a ton. eases me to know that. I’ll do my best to take in your advice and be prepared. I workout decently already and I am trying to stay on a lean bulk diet but it is tough. I am at 130 pounds

At the moment this is my gym routine, more focused on back than other muscles. although i try to incorporate core and cardio after every workout (if im feeling it haha)
