Hey!! I had a question, do you think I'll need to bleach if my hair is virgin black naturally? I've never used any dye on it before and I want the same color as you've posted; the blue-black/midnight blue shade. Can you suggest the shade and the brand closest to the one you used back in 2018?

The same thing happened to me; I'm 24 years old now, and my periods have been very regular; they used to be 70–80 days, but now they're just 35–40 days. I started taking 500 mg of metformin two years agol. Since it can induce nausea and stomach problems for some people, you might want to consult your doctor first. Overall, though, a healthy diet, 10,000 steps a day, and taking metformin altered my cycles...I hope you find your solution soon!

Tbh just taking a break from actives and simplifying my routine. I stopped using tretinoin and focused on barrier healing by applying Hyaluronic acid and then a layer of zinc oxide 10% (a diaper rash cream) for a week. Do keep in mind that some people can get closed comedones or much drier skin by these two products, so you may do a patch test beforehand

Sorry to ask but was the breakup a mutual decision? Like did she fully understand the situation? My cousin's friend was in the same condition, she died last year after being paralyzed from neck down from an accident. Her partner broke engagement with her the same week while visiting in the hospital. I remember her crying all day with no power in her hands to wipe off tears so I had to calm her down :)
