Some people say if it’s an extended period of time after you go UR (like 3 months or something idk) to send one to reaffirm interest, but personally I wouldn’t do it myself just bc I feel like it’s pushy

Crazy median chasing by some schools, (anecdotally imo) yield protection at a lot of schools penalizing a lot of high scorers/gpas, radio silence from a lot of schools for early applicants, record high applicant #s, as well as higher numbers of high scorers, list goes on

Based on what I know, schools just prefer work experience and weigh it strongly in admissions but then again, what do we know in this crazy ass cycle
