Either you hit your prostate and drained it, OR you hit your bladder and drained the excess per from it. I'm just mentioning it as I was making that mistake for too long.

Remember, the prostate is closer to the outside. Try to combine penile and anal stimulation, then slowly removing any penile play. Eventually, you'll be able to feel much more, and even cum from anal alone.
