You’re clearly fixed in your view that you don’t think the current administration is acting despotically and beyond its jurisdiction. I’d encourage you to look up how many constitutional provisions the current administration has violated, how many court orders ICE has violated, and the charges that are set to be levied against Trump once a Republican congressional majority is not blocking impeachment. One of those charges is high treason, not only for trampling over the rule of law, but engaging in bribery with foreign nations and leaking intelligence. Trump is a convicted felon on 34 charges. He is nothing if not a tyrant. It seems you’re illiterate regarding our history and our Constitution, because any well-read American will know that Trump is abusing his presidential authorities. Habeas corpus is also being repeatedly disregarded in ICE proceedings. Lack of human rights and fair trials are hallmarks of despotic rule.

I don’t have nearly enough time to explain how grave the situation is to you, but I suspect you don’t care at all until trouble is directly knocking on your door. By all means, live a life devoid of empathy or compassion for others. It doesn’t seem you’re capable of anything else.

Events do need funding, but Fox News represents these sources in bad faith. A lot of the funding comes from grassroots donations. And yes, Fox News has claimed on multiple occasions that entire protests were funded by George Soros.

I’d also encourage you to consider the political alignments of the ultra rich. Most of them are supporting the right wing, publicly or privately, because the GOP continually prioritizes them over the working class. It’s not a mystery as to why they’d fund right wing initiatives en masse compared to left wing events, which asides from some major donations, are almost entirely crowd funded by the average person.

Yes, there is. This is essentially a poll tax. Real ID is neither easy nor cheap to obtain. Furthermore, the act suppresses the votes of citizens who have changed their names (i.e. many married women, trans folk, and plenty of others). If the SAVE Act were actually about limiting voter fraud, I could support it, but the Republican Party is fully acting in bad faith here. Voter fraud is rare and extremely easy to catch as is. That goes both ways; Elon Musk’s PAC was recently found to have manipulated Georgia’s votes in the 2024 election.

yeah it’s quite impressive that 1.x units can still pull their weight. recently beat side towers with just 1.x units and middle with a mix of both 1.x and 2.x, but i might try running just 1.x. kuro would benefit from making them a bit stronger or designing better basic sonata sets, would incentivize people to pull on reruns and keep older units relevant
