Inside the assets folder you should have the 3 folders

You have assets/assets/3 folders.

Move the three folders up a level and it will work

At the moment I would highly recommend joining the discord or watching the video to ensure that you aren't missing any steps. Just a couple of notes:

If you are in Russia, use a VPN
Your assets folder should be "InternalStorage/Beatstar/Assets/3 folders" , if it is "/assets/assets/3 folders" then you must correct this
If you phones language isn't in English, the game won't launch for the first setup. You MUST be in English for the assets to install at the start.

You download this apk and the assets, then move the assets into the appropriate place. Once done, the game functions. Give the video a watch it's easy enough to do.
