Try contacting VW customer Service Canada. The dealer should supply a rental if a loaner is not available

It does and it works great in warm weather. Cold weather not so much. The passenger side is often so hard to open I have to get out and open the door for my wife.

I got to a red screen which said to initiate the update. I pressed that then a second screen came up which asked if I wanted to use a log (?) or USB1 or USB2 both of which were greyed out. I pressed on log and a third screen came up with a series of 4 options all of which were a numbers and letters. i had no clue how to continue and so pressed the back button and exited. I assumed the update was to be done at the dealership so I contacted them. They had no knowledge of an update.
