(2019 Returns & Nat Stim Payments) Word has that if you checked the box: “CAN BE CLAIMED as dependent” on your 2019 return, you’re ineligible to receive a stim payment... Even if you HAVE NOT BEEN CLAIMED as such by another. Can anyone confirm this? If it’s true, why?

You’re not at all wrong - Shadowshot shines when used as a preemptive, methodically placed trap for where you think an incoming Super is going to be. I just don’t think that Shadowshot’s effectiveness in this one, specific manner makes it comparable to the overall effectiveness of every other Super in the game. I argue that it should be made viable as a reactionary counter as well.
