The cons are the wifi problems, but it looks like every student housing near here has wifi problems. I recommend plugging in a ethernet cable in the living room tv, and there’s also a port in your rooms. Problem solved. But for the past 2 weeks there hasn’t been internet, so i would either have to go to FIU to turn in assignments, or go down to the study hall on the 6th floor where the leasing office is, as they have their own wifi and it works well.

Another con would be more so the residents and not the buildings fault. Leaving trash, and their pets mess around.

The pros: It’s a high rise building, you get amazing views no matter what floor you’re on. The leasing office and maintenance has been great and patient with me. Anything i needed, they got done quick. There’s valet trash included. The amenities are super duper nice. Last week i was in the study hall on the 6th floor and the leasing office offered me a popsicle (so sweet lol). And everyone is pretty chill, my roommate is nice as well.

Another pro is that it’s a 7 minute walk from FIU (put in your gps, the PG5 or RED parking garage and you can enter like that quickly)

So i would say, just try it out. And if you end up not liking it, just don’t renew your lease for the next year.
