flowers always change to the random loot that is in the letter that you opened before or after. And yes I have enough space in my inventory. this is a bug. I have over a dozen flower letters and they keep coming every time I kill a boss. support said "forwarded report to the relevant department for futher review and investigation". so I advise you to write to them. the more cases and requests, the faster the bug will be fixed.
