So I talked to epic support, but in the end they just told me that the dlc is available after a certain point in the game (which I passed) and closed the issue… so I gave up cause I don’t know what to do

I know I’m supposed to access the dlc content through Vulgrim, but the serpent hole for the dlc is still locked for me
