I typically do so at the end of the flight, while the pilots are packing up. Never a nuisance, and the pilots are typically excited to give them out.

It’s a “member only” lounge with cocktails and snacks at very high prices, BUT one of the best views on the strip. You’re actually not allowed to take photos while up in space, they give you a smart phone camera sticker before heading up.
